Note. These terms were written by the people who built Planex and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They are meant to be honest and readable rather than exhaustive. Nothing here removes rights that the law where you live gives you and does not let you sign away.
Planex is provided by [TO BE COMPLETED — registered legal entity name], at [TO BE COMPLETED — registered postal address] ("we", "us"). By installing or using Planex you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Planex is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you are not, you may not create an account.
Planex generates plans and guidance to help you pursue personal goals. It is a productivity and coaching tool. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a medical device — it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Plans, scan observations, prices, duty rates and rules produced by Planex are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters — anything involving money, health, safety or the law — with a qualified professional before you act on it. Decisions you take are yours.
You are responsible for the device and the account you use, and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. Tell us at akr3ch@icloud.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Do not use Planex to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to plan anything dangerous or abusive, to upload photographs of other people without their agreement, to attack or overload the service, or to resell or scrape it. Do not use the share feature to publish content you would not be allowed to publish yourself.
What you write and photograph stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it and pass it to the providers named in the Privacy Policy in order to run the service for you — nothing more.
If you create a share link, you are publishing that plan to anyone who has the link, and you are responsible for what it says. We may remove a shared page, or suspend an account, if content is reported and we judge it unlawful or abusive.
Planex uses YouTube API Services to show short how-to clips. By using Planex you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy explains how Google handles data collected by the YouTube player and API.
Planex is free to try once: you get a preview of one plan — its outline and your first three days. There is no free trial of Pro.
Planex Pro costs US$9.99 per month, or US$49.99 per year, charged by Google Play in your local currency and subject to local taxes. Prices may differ by country and may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every month, or every year — and keeps renewing until you cancel it. Google charges the payment method on your Google account.
Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions, or in the Play Store app under your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active for the rest of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel it at Google Play.
Purchases are made through Google Play, and Google's refund policy and refund window apply first — request one through your Google Play order history. After Google's window has passed, write to us at akr3ch@icloud.com and we will consider the request; we will refund where the service failed to do what we said it would. We do not otherwise refund part of a period you have already used. None of this limits any refund or cancellation right the law where you live gives you.
Planex is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that the plans it produces will be accurate, suitable or achievable, or that using it will get you your goal. Any warranty the law implies is excluded to the extent it can be.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
You can stop using Planex at any time and delete your data — see Delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and will tell you why where we can. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of a period you have paid for.
We may change the service and these terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where they affect what you pay or what you get, announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Planex after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of [TO BE COMPLETED — governing law and courts — e.g. England and Wales], and disputes will be heard by the courts there. If you are a consumer, this does not take away your right to rely on the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or to bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.
Before going to court, please email us — most things are quicker to fix that way.
