This page is for Planex, the goal-planning app on Google Play. You can delete everything Planex holds about you — you do not need to reinstall the app to do it.
Fastest way — in the app
Open Planex → Profile → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and removes everything listed below. No email, no waiting.
If you no longer have the app
Email us and we will delete your account by hand, normally within 7 days and always within 30.
Or write to akr3ch@icloud.com with the subject "delete my account". So we can find you, include the Google account email you signed in with, or your Planex user id if you have it. We will only ask for what we need to be sure the account is yours, and we will not use the address for anything else.

What gets deleted
Every goal you created, with its plan, milestones, tasks and habits.
Everything you told us about those goals — your answers, your constraints, your location, and any income, surplus, savings and target figures you entered.
Every photo you uploaded: camera scans and photo proof of completed tasks, deleted from our server's disk.
Your check-ins, completions, timer records, notes, skips and weekly reviews.
Your profile: your name, your settings, the shape of your day, your notification token and your subscription record.
Your Google sign-in link, so the Google account is no longer connected to anything here.
Your usage records: the rows saying your identifier opened the app, created a goal or viewed a screen on a given day, the one-row-per-active-day count, and any administrative record naming you.
What is kept, and for how long
Server request logs, which contain the IP address a request came from. Kept for up to 15 days.
Backups. Dated copies of the database are kept, the most recent 14 at a time, so data deleted today can remain in a backup for up to 14 days before it ages out.
Payment records held by Google Play are Google's, not ours, and are kept under Google's policies and the tax law that applies to them. Deleting your Planex account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel that at Google Play → Subscriptions.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account, and there is no way to get a plan back once it is gone.
